Under the supervision of the Clinical Director or Administrator, the Peer Recovery Team Lead supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and conducts client assessments to determine appropriate levels of care for new members. This on-site role offers full-time day shifts (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday) in the Los Angeles area, with starting pay in the range of $71,760–$73,079. The position requires California Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification within 120 days of hire, three years of relevant experience, CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Institute certification, a valid driver's license, and other regulatory requirements.
