Role and responsibilities As a Backend Developer, you are a key technical contributor within your squad. You take ownership of your work from understanding a problem to delivering production-ready solutions that are thoroughly tested, maintainable and well documented. You actively contribute to technical discussions, challenge assumptions where needed and help shape solutions that remain robust as our platform continues to grow. Beyond your own work, you help raise the engineering bar. Through thoughtful code reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing, you support the growth of your teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work closely with your Tech Lead, Product Owner and fellow engineers in a cross-functional squad where collaboration, ownership
