Author test and safety plans; develop data management and analysis plans; ensure data are collected, stored, and analyzed to inform future development.
Mentor new flight test engineers; help standardize planning products.
Coordinate with certification engineers to meet program operational standards.
Develop and source instrumentation components for test systems.
Prepare acceptance tests and test reports for internal and external customers.
Ensure compliance with tool control, FOD control, and safety policies.
Requirements
Salary and Benefits:
7+ years of experience in flight test operations; strong technical background; ability to read and interpret engineering artifacts and customer requirements.
Self-driven; able to interface with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences.
U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 annually; eligible for an annual bonus.
