Plan and execute robotic integration programs across the product development lifecycle, from requirements to sustainment.
Lead cross-functional coordination across Software, Hardware, Firmware, Quality, Cloud and Autonomy teams; manage resources and schedules.
Align with Product Management to define detailed requirements and achievable business expectations.

Act as main liaison with technical leads inside Brain Corp and with partner organizations.

Track progress, communicate program status to engineering teams and senior leadership; identify and mitigate risks.

Travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field (EE, ME, CS, CE, etc.); Master’s degree (MBA or technical) preferred.
2-4 years engineering-related experience with 1-2 years in Technical Program Management.
Experience with Agile and Phase Gate methodologies; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Google Workspace.
Strong self-direction, organization, communication, and peer leadership; ability to work under pressure.
Desired: robotics or autonomy industry experience; Lean/Six Sigma; Kanban.
Certifications: PMP/CSM/CSPO preferred.

$111,449 - $136,218
