Provide actionable insights to facilities and operations teams

Monitor data quality and investigate reporting discrepancies

Assist with forecasting maintenance workloads and equipment replacement planning

Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders

Document reporting processes, data sources, and analytical methodologies

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, statistics, mathematics, engineering, facilities management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, operations support, facilities management, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis)
Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn database querying
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
