- Build and deliver cloud-native SaaS products on leading public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Architect and implement large-scale distributed data systems optimized for performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance
- Design and operationalize high-performance microservices and data pipelines with end-to-end system health
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap
- Drive test-driven development and delivery of high-quality features
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability; participate in Agile processes
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years backend software development experience
- Expert-level programming in C++, Go, and Java
- Proven experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing
- Deep understanding of system performance, scaling
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, SQS) and data-protection tools
- Problem-solving mindset, debugging skills, and ability to own tasks
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
