Responsibilities - Define and own the vision, roadmap and adoption of the Enterprise Data Catalog and metadata capabilities, enabling data discovery, lineage and transparency across the Data Platform (DMAP). - Align business needs with platform capabilities, ensuring metadata solutions support business value and regulatory requirements. - Lead a small cross-functional product team and collaborate with architects, engineers and data management stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. - Prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, AI needs, regulatory constraints and technical evolution. - Define and maintain governance for data assets, ownership, glossary, metadata representations and data product definitions across the organization. - Drive catalog adoption across business and IT domains and enable clear understanding of data flows, definitions and lineage for trusted decision making. - Establish ways of working, standards and governance related to platform, catalog and metadata.
