Overview: As the single point of contact for workshops in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, the Workshop Sales Representative will offer the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket product portfolio, increase workshop loyalty, drive parts pull, promote diagnostic equipment and services, and implement workshop concepts and training programs. Responsibilities include conducting in-person field visits to independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships, identify needs, and support Bosch Mobility Aftermarket growth; representing Bosch as the local field contact for workshops; onboarding new Workshop Partner prospects and expanding participation in loyalty programs; driving parts pull by educating workshops on product coverage, quality, availability, and distributor purchasing pathways; supporting field campaigns, demonstrations, training opportunities, and other market-development initiatives; capturing visit details, opportunities, feedback, and follow-up actions in Bosch systems; providing market intelligence from the field and coordinating with internal teams, distributors, and sales leadership to resolve issues and meet territory objectives; maintaining a disciplined territory routine with route planning and timely reporting. Qualifications: Required: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket; technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment; valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and across North America for training and events.
