Turnkey Project Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Fort Worth, Texas. This on-site role supports the Receiving department and oversees warehouse operations with a focus on receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities: - Learn and apply receiving procedures and policies. - Unload furniture orders using pallet jack or forklift. - Verify order packs against manufacturer or dealer lists. - Inspect packaging for damage, document and photograph defects. - Assist Asset Management by unloading products for customer inventory as needed. - Palletize and consolidate orders for outbound shipments or customer pickups. - Assist office administration with deliveries of supplies and pickup of shipments. - Use Microsoft Outlook to coordinate with project support and management.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification a plus. - Prior warehouse operations or asset management experience preferred. - Forklift experience. - Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience. - Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively. - Fluent in English.

Compensation and benefits: Salary $20-$22 per hour, based on experience. Weekly pay, PTO from day 1, paid holidays, and additional benefits.
