Key responsibilities: - Design and develop user interfaces for HMI systems. - Conduct user and customer research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs. - Create user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Maintain HMI designs in the Figma design system. - Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback. - Ensure designs drive UX harmonization and comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications: - 2–4 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio. - Experience in industrial HMI, embedded UI, automotive, or similar domains. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe. - Understanding of user-centered design and Agile methodologies; familiarity with Qt or similar technologies is a plus. - Experience using AI tools in the design process is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and English communication skills. - Master’s degree in UX design or related field. - Ability to work independently and collaborate in international teams. - Willingness to travel.
