In this fast-paced, community-focused dealership, you will coach sales staff, assist in closing deals, participate in vehicle price negotiations, appraise incoming vehicles, and sell finance products. You will also perform Finance Manager duties, including arranging financing, handling paperwork and contracts in transit, and coordinating with the Chevrolet GMC Cadillac factory. You will lead sales meetings and trainings, supervise staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance, manage inventory, and plan and oversee dealership sales activities while staying compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, well organized, customer-service focused, and able to maintain discretion and confidentiality while treating customers with respect. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Working conditions are primarily indoors with most of the day spent at a computer and occasional standing or walking; frequent phone use is expected. This is not an entry-level role.
