The TRD QA Team Lead for Biologics CMC provides quality oversight of the CMC project portfolio within the CMC QA Team, ensures appropriate staffing and prioritization, and owns QA release activities for the CMC Biologics portfolio. As a leader of TRD QA Associates, you will manage teams, resources, and budgets to meet objectives, promote a culture of quality and trust, and drive alignment with partners on infrastructure, operations, and project strategy. You will ensure GMP compliance in day-to-day interactions, provide scientific and technical guidance, and engage with local and global stakeholders in Quality, TRD, Operations, and regulatory bodies. The role requires collaboration across sites, escalation of issues when needed, and a focus on timely delivery of quality deliverables while maintaining regulatory readiness. Location: Schaftenau, Austria (Unterlangkampfen, Tyrol, Austria per API). Work arrangement: Hybrid. Salary range: €85,300 – €158,300 per year (full-time).
