SERVS is the Southern Emergency & Rescue Vehicle Sales, the ambulance dealer representing American Emergency Vehicles (AEV) and Horton Emergency Vehicles in ten states across the Southern and Midwestern United States. The company supports the EMS industry with equipment and fleet solutions and maintains an inclusive, feedback-rich environment. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee and coordinate all sales activities in an assigned region, including new client acquisition, client retention, account management, territory development, detailed reporting, and creating and presenting sales demonstrations for upper management. Day-to-day duties include networking with EMS operators, demonstrating new ambulances to potential customers, coordinating with the service manager to ensure customer satisfaction, and updating the CRM. The role leads and coordinates distributor partnerships, secures new business accounts, and serves the needs of existing accounts within the territory. This position carries supervisory responsibilities. Required education includes a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field, or extensive experience as a sales/territory manager, or leadership experience in EMS or a related field. Key skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong sales and customer service abilities, supervisory and leadership capabilities, organizational proficiency, and a thorough understanding of the company’s products and competing offerings in the surrounding market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
