Behavior Frontiers is expanding its sales team and seeks a full-time Territory Sales Manager in Dallas, Texas. The company provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and is looking to build its regional presence. The role involves educating stakeholders such as physicians, therapy groups, and hospitals, and developing leads for new clients within the local region. Responsibilities include conducting daily sales calls via video, phone, and in-person meetings; managing sales opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce; building and maintaining stakeholder databases; contributing to business development strategies; communicating sales goals to leadership; making cold calls; engaging local clinical leadership in sales activities; and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The position requires 4+ years of medical services/health care sales experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Travel to Behavior Frontiers regions is required a minimum of twice per month, up to 80% time. Salary is $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus bonus; occasional weekend and weeknight work may be required.
