indigo.ai is seeking a hands-on Technical Support and Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead the Maintenance & Continuous Improvement (MACI) team responsible for post go-live activities across our portfolio of AI solutions. Based in Milan, Italy, this hybrid role reports to the Head of Solutions and combines people leadership, operational ownership, and direct implementation work. You will prioritize client requests, ensure delivery within agreed timelines, and personally contribute to client fixes, optimizations, troubleshooting, and small evolutions, setting the standard for technical excellence across the team. The MACI group manages live client solutions, including issue resolution, virtual assistants’ optimizations, integrations, and ongoing solution improvements to maximize value and user experience.
