The successful candidate will partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, calibrate interview panels, and drive hiring decisions with data and sound judgment. This on-site role spans from intake through offer close, with real opportunity to help build scalable recruiting infrastructure as Karman scales from prototype to volume production. Responsibilities include owning full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles; building foundational recruiting infrastructure; partnering with managers to define role scope and interview plans; maintaining clean pipeline data and reliable hiring metrics; ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at every stage; and developing recruiting metrics to continuously improve the process. Required qualifications include 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical and hardware engineering hiring; demonstrated ability to build or significantly improve recruiting processes; comfort operating in a startup or fast-scaling environment; strong stakeholder management; excellent written and verbal communication; and sound judgment on candidate quality and experience. Preferred qualifications include experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or manufacturing roles; familiarity with Ashby or a modern ATS; and prior experience in a manufacturing, hardware, or industrial company.
