Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale Product Experience Management (PXM) transformation portfolio. This role provides portfolio-level coordination, governance, planning, and visibility across PXM initiatives, spanning modern PIM/PXM platforms and cross-functional programs. This is a 100% remote position with occasional on-site work, based in Dallas, Texas, United States, with potential on-site at DSN facilities in Peoria, Illinois; Chicago, Illinois; or Broomfield, Colorado. The successful candidate will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Digital Program Management (DPM), Brand teams, business stakeholders, and external partners; collaborate with the Engineering Program Manager and Technical Product Owner to drive IT development projects. Key responsibilities include portfolio planning and governance, cross-functional coordination, executive reporting, and process and operational excellence. Tools include Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and other portfolio management applications. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience; no degree required. Preferred experience includes Digital, eCommerce, PIM/PXM, DAM, or related platforms; familiarity with Akeneo or Informatica P360; and experience working in Agile environments. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks, and drive accountability in evolving environments. Salary expectations: $114,000–$118,000 per year.
