Mercer Investment Technology is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Investments to lead technology delivery for the Investments business. The TPM will drive the development and implementation of technology solutions to support middle-office, operations and compliance needs, working with business users, stakeholders and engineering teams. The role reports to the Head of Investment Technology and sits within Mercer’s technology organization, collaborating across Marsh and Mercer teams on global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology delivery within the investment management or funds administration domain, with broad knowledge of asset classes and of portfolio, fund and product administration. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, managing projects from initiation to completion, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management. The role requires experience with both vendor and in-house technology solutions in the investment technology space, ability to work independently in a globally distributed team, and proficiency in both Agile and traditional project management. Certifications in project or agile management are a plus.
