As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical end-to-end—such as payments and expense management, remittance, insurance, or wealth and trading—from strategy and outcomes through to the technical design and delivery of the supporting systems behind it. This is a product where real money moves, and licensing, compliance, and third-party rails are core product constraints, not afterthoughts. We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal; the bar is knowing where a model genuinely improves outcomes while deterministic systems stay in control and money is handled reliably, auditable, and trusted.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical end-to-end—such as payments and expense management, remittance, insurance, or wealth and trading—from strategy and outcomes through to the technical design and delivery of the supporting systems behind it. This is a product where real money moves, and licensing, compliance, and third-party rails are core product constraints, not afterthoughts. We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal; the bar is knowing where a model genuinely improves outcomes while deterministic systems stay in control and money is handled reliably, auditable, and trusted.
What you’ll do: - Own a vertical end-to-end with defined outcomes and a backlog prioritized by value, risk, dependency, and strategic priority; write crisp acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with Engineering to shape system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party rails, rail-down behavior, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, and recovery. - Make hard trade-offs among correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX; defend decisions to engineering, compliance, or operations leads. - Treat regulated constraints as first-class inputs—licensing scope, KYC/CDD, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy. Know launch gates vs forward-readiness. - Apply AI where it adds value—define what it can decide, when a human stays in the loop, how it’s evaluated, and what happens when uncertain. Ensure every
