BJAK is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own an end-to-end product vertical in a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom (London). In this role you will own a vertical from strategy and outcomes to technical design and delivery of systems behind it, covering areas such as payments, expense management, remittance, insurance, or wealth and trading. This is a regulated fintech context where money moves and licensing, compliance, and third-party rails are core constraints. You will work with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance/Reconciliation to shape the technical design and ensure money movement correctness, robust security, latency, scalability, and reliable recovery. You will balance trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability and user experience, treating licensing scope, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy as primary inputs. Apply AI where it adds value while defining guardrails for when the human should be in the loop. Ship features behind flags and go live as partner/regulatory gates clear. This role requires product leadership, strong judgement under ambiguity, a solid technical foundation, and domain experience in a regulated/high-consequence environment.
