About the role

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the United States, LATAM, and India. We partner with leading technology providers to solve complex data and AI challenges for large enterprises. We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Elastic Platform Operations (EPO)/Managed Services team. In this role you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of modern cloud data platforms for multiple enterprise customers, ensuring reliable delivery and continuous improvement of their cloud data environments. You will collaborate with client sponsors, technical stakeholders, and globally distributed delivery teams to drive high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, and you will play a key role in major incident response, process improvement, and developing delivery best practices across our Managed Services portfolio.
