This role coordinates the efforts of development teams, stakeholders, and clients to streamline project execution, overseeing the lifecycle from conception to completion and ensuring technical work aligns with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

Manage Healthcare Products from design through deployment and provide implementation support
Contribute to building and maintaining modern cloud-native applications
Provide top-down oversight to ensure on-schedule delivery aligned with stakeholder goals
Lead a team of Scrum Masters/Managers, address project questions or challenges
Own and supervise the delivery team, managing performance
Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel toward milestones
Ensure processes are adhered to and the product vision is implemented in a timely manner
Understand risks and dependencies and increase value delivered through the project/product life cycle
Maintain production technologies and ensure proper maintenance and installation
Develop comprehensive project/product plans that merge customer requirements with company goals
Ensure documentation for knowledge management is maintained
Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff on specific projects
Collaborate with diverse teams including developers, engineers, architects, QA, and operations
Manage budgets and resources, including contractors and vendors
