This onsite role based in London will connect customer engineering teams with Fireworks product, engineering, and applied AI teams to drive onboarding, technical adoption, and long term account health for production AI workloads.
Responsibilities - Onboarding and technical deployment: Manage the post sale relationship from kickoff to go live, including model deployment, integration architecture, SSO and security configuration, and performance benchmarking; partner with AI Field Engineering to transition from PoC to production; build and execute joint success plans with milestones and timelines. - Trusted advisor and adoption: Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts; advise on model selection, fine tuning, latency and cost optimization, and architecture as usage matures; drive usage against business objectives with measurable outcomes. - Troubleshooting and escalation: Act as the technical escalation point for production issues; coordinate with Engineering and Support to drive resolution; maintain runbooks to reduce time to resolution. - Voice of the Customer: Synthesize patterns across accounts and feed them into product roadmaps; represent customer priorities in internal planning; track feedback loop between customers and platform releases. - Expansion, renewal and business reviews: Own the technical narrative for quarterly and executive business reviews, including adoption trends, ROI, and roadmap alignment; part
