Team Lead Business Support The Lely Center, part of Lely’s premium distribution network, represents Lely to farmers with the aim of creating a profitable, enjoyable, and sustainable future in farming. Based in Cork, Ireland, you will support farmers with innovative robotic solutions, reliable service, and long-term partnerships, working closely with Service, Sales, and Projects to ensure a well-organized and financially healthy operation.

Role: As Team Lead Business Support, you lead the team that keeps the operation running. You will create structure, ensure accuracy, and continuously improve the way we work, from financial processes to spare parts availability, so colleagues can serve customers effectively.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead and coach the Business Support team across finance, administration, warehouse, and order processing.
Manage financial control, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reporting.
Ensure inventory, spare parts, and warehouse processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with demand.
Improve ERP and administrative processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Monitor performance through KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvements.
Act as the liaison between Service, Sales, Projects, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
Bring structure, identify improvement opportunities, and take action.
Experience in leading or coordinating a team.
Knowledge of ERP systems and administrative business processes.
Experience with inventory management, order administration, or operational support.
