Hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner in the United States (Charlotte or Milwaukee) is responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualifying candidates across industry and function-focused roles. This position will utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates within critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of MGS's core lines of research. The role is located at MGS's Corporate Headquarters, HUB, or client sites. Primary Job Functions - Develop creative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions. - Proactively research and identify passive candidates using a variety of methods including complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research, and nurturing existing candidate relationships. - Direct source candidates using cold calling and persuasive techniques. - Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for assigned positions. - Identify and submit qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on the provided job description. - Work with the Recruiting Team to screen, test, and qualify candidates through behavioral interviewing techniques and skill assessment tests. - Communicate effectively with the Recruiting Team throughout the sourcing process. - Use appropriate systems (manual and ATS) to track sourcing information including candidate sources, search strings, resumes, interview notes, and assessment results; provide candidate submittal data to be managed against established metrics.
