The role is responsible for industry- and function-focused candidate sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualification. This position uses direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a diverse network of candidates across critical skill sets in support of ManpowerGroup's core lines of business. The role is located at ManpowerGroup's Corporate Headquarters, HUB, or client sites. Key responsibilities include developing creative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions; proactively researching and deploying new ideas to locate passive candidates through complex internet searches, social and professional networks, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research, and relationship development; direct sourcing using cold calling and persuasive techniques; building and maintaining an ongoing diverse candidate pipeline; identifying and submitting qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on job descriptions; coordinating with the Recruiting Team to screen, test, and qualify candidates using behavioral interviews and skills assessments; communicating effectively with the Recruiting Team throughout the sourcing process; and maintaining candidate information in appropriate systems (manual and ATS) to track sources, search strings, resumes, interview notes, assessment results, and submittal data for established metrics.
