Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA & EEMEA, partnering with hiring managers and HR.
Proactively identify, engage, and attract passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring speed, quality, and a high hiring bar.
Leverage recruiting data and market intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.
5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience within the technology industry.
Proven expertise in active sourcing and headhunting, with a strong track record of hiring passive talent.
Experience recruiting GTM talent across EMEA & EEMEA.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
