Job description The team Wavestone’s Recruitment team brings together about 50 recruiters in France and internationally. Each year we recruit around 1,000 permanent roles and 500 internships, mainly in high-demand consulting positions. Because recruitment is a strategic lever for the firm’s development, we pay particular attention to recruitment quality, candidate experience, and recruiter development. Throughout your internship, you will be supported by experienced recruiters to progressively build your skills across the entire function.

Your internship Your objective will be to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and to contribute gradually to the team’s activity around three main responsibilities: - Identify and attract top talent: you will be trained in sourcing techniques and will learn to search, approach, and assess profiles most relevant to our recruitment needs. -
