You will manage project take-offs, selection, proposal pricing, and the integration of equipment, controls, and services, while providing technical consultation on HVAC systems and Trane products. You will identify customer needs and market opportunities, assemble cross-functional teams as needed, convert leads into opportunities, and develop account-specific business plans to foster strong, profitable partnerships. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications include 4+ years of experience or a BA/BS, 2+ years in solutions sales, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
