Accountabilities: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from role definition and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and successful hires. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies, and advise on talent market trends. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and candidate engagement. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing communications, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process across multiple time zones.
