Levellr is hiring a fully remote Senior / Staff Product Manager, Platform to own our Customer Intelligence Platform. Based in London, United Kingdom, this senior individual-contributor role leads end-to-end data collection, ingestion, and enrichment pipelines, and the warehouse, API, and MCP layer that the rest of the product relies on. Treat the enriched data as a product: determine what to ingest and enrich as we scale to hundreds of platforms and maintain data contracts across Levellr Agents, Dashboards, and customers' AI initiatives. Translate a vision into buildable systems by defining architecture, interactions, and discrete projects engineers can pick up. Own priorities by setting and maintaining a clear roadmap informed by product data and an understanding of social listening and community space. Define success by establishing metrics to measure impact and iterating after launch rather than calling it done at ship. Build alongside engineering and see it through to shipped, owning the work from concept to launch on a challenging timeline and at a high quality bar. Drive adoption by ensuring teams and customers understand what shipped and why it matters.
