Based in Bucharest, Romania, this on-site position requires building robust, scalable, accessible frontend services and collaborating with product, design, backend, QA and DevOps to translate business goals into technical strategy. You will define and evolve the long-term frontend architecture, promote modern engineering practices, drive component-driven development with design systems, and ensure performance and accessibility across applications. Responsibilities include leading complex initiatives from design to production, establishing frontend standards and best practices, mentoring engineers, developing architecture diagrams and decision records, and defining testing strategies (unit, integration, visual regression, end-to-end).
