About the role

Spacecraft Controller (f/m/d) – On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany

SSC Space is seeking a dedicated Spacecraft Controller to join its international team. In Germany we have Spacecraft Controller teams at two sites: Darmstadt (ESA Interplanetary Missions at ESOC) and Gilching/Oberpfaffenhofen (Galileo Mission at GSOC or multiple missions).

The successful candidate will monitor satellites and telemetry, control operations according to the scheduled timeline, and take corrective action for anomalies in accordance with approved procedures. Responsibilities also include logging and reporting routine and emergency operations, preparing and updating procedures, contributing to training materials, and maintaining software.
