Riverlane is seeking a Software Tech Lead for the Cambridge, United Kingdom team to drive the DF-AMO software stack for quantum error correction (QEC). This hybrid role is based in Cambridge and will support Atomic Molecular Optical (AMO) systems, with the DF-AMO stack driven by Deltakit and complemented by Deltaflow. In this role you will own the technical development of this new product, collaborating with engineering, research, product, and customer teams to turn decoding technology into a scalable, production-ready system. You will help shape the technical roadmap and future product direction, evaluate trade-offs to maintain performance, maintainability and scalability, and mentor a growing team of 5+ engineers to foster collaboration and delivery.
