Relution is seeking a Software Engineer - Mobile Flutter to develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart, taking ownership of features from concept to release. In this role you will advance our cross-platform mobile app built with Flutter and Dart, assume technical ownership of the Flutter codebase, and contribute new ideas. You will integrate REST/OpenAPI interfaces and apply backend data models within the app, and you will decide on and implement state management approaches (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). You will drive test automation and CI/CD for mobile solutions and own the release processes for the App Store and Play Store. You will work in a Scrum team closely with Design and Backend to deliver a complete product.

What we look for: You have solid experience with Flutter and Dart and have built multiple apps from scratch. You are familiar with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development and the corresponding app store processes. You work independently and enjoy contributing in a team. Good German and English language skills complete your profile. Experience in the MDM/UEM environment is a plus but not required.

What matters to us: You want to build a product long-term rather than jumping from project to project. You actively think about technical topics rather than just processing tickets. You are at least 50% on-site in Stuttgart – remote access to our devices is not fully possible.
