This remote position (based in Portugal) involves building the Kibana UI and the AI-powered observability stack that monitors production environments the way an expert SRE would: it learns normal patterns across logs, metrics, and traces, generates its own detection queries, identifies meaningful changes, and launches autonomous investigations without waiting for human input. The goal is to close the gap between the alert that fires and the answer that matters, at a scale no on-call rotation can match. You will contribute to the Kibana interfaces where signals, investigations, and findings reach users, and to the context and detection pipelines that turn raw telemetry into structured signals, separate noise from events worth investigating, and support the multi-agent system that digs into root causes and drives remediation. What you will do: collaborate on our AI SRE solution across user-facing surfaces, agentic investigations, detection and signal generation, evaluation infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration with UX designers, product managers, and data scientists.
