Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer – Full Stack to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for our Cytology products. This hands-on role spans the full technology stack, from front-end interfaces built with React and TypeScript to back-end services and databases using .NET and MSSQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions, participate in design discussions, code reviews, and ensure software quality, performance, and security. Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, testing, deploying, and documenting features; participating in design discussions; applying coding standards; debugging across the stack; supporting testing and release processes; and staying current with software development trends and technologies. Qualifications include a BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent) plus 3+ years of related experience (MS plus 1+ years acceptable); experience in full-stack development in an integrated team; and familiarity with SDLC practices. Required skills include TypeScript, C#, .NET, WPF, Python, PowerShell, MSSQL; tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub, JIRA; platforms including Windows Desktop/Server and Azure or Google Cloud Platform; knowledge of React or similar frontend framework; UI/UX principles; software design patterns; and familiarity with CI/CD and Agile/Scrum. Familiarity with DICOM/HL7 or other interoperability standards, OpenSeadragon or similar image viewers, and AI-assisted development tools is a plus. This on-site role is based in Marlboroug
