Speechify is seeking a Senior Windows/Desktop Software Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML (with C++ when needed). You will define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase, including performance, memory management, cross-version compatibility, and maintainability. You will drive accessibility efforts to ensure UI controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support meet accessibility standards.
