The Product Design team is looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to bring craft and ownership to our internal tools used by operations teams. This high-impact role requires sharp UX and information architecture instincts, strong product thinking, and the ability to untangle complex workflows and systems. You will evaluate current tooling and information architecture, shape the design direction, and drive 0-to-1 challenges. Responsibilities include defining the design direction for internal and B2B backend tools from information architecture to production-ready interfaces; auditing and organizing the backend toolset; leveraging AI tools and prototyping; leading features end-to-end with product managers and engineers; maintaining a high standard of UX for every tool; owning the end-to-end from strategy to pixels; presenting design decisions clearly to stakeholders; collaborating with engineering and data teams to design interfaces for high-density information; mentoring other designers; fostering honest, empathetic communication and high craft. Requirements include 7+ years of technical product design experience in software, deep UX/IA skills, strong product thinking, experience shipping AI-enabled work, and a portfolio showing systems thinking and end-to-end ownership.
