AMD is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Embedded Technologies within the AECG - Embedded Team. You will serve as the overall program leader for key engineering initiatives spanning silicon, firmware, and software, driving projects from concept to execution and aligning across engineering and business groups to meet product objectives. Responsibilities include defining and driving program plans, assessing technical feasibility with SW/HW Architects, developing schedules, staffing plans, and maintaining formal program artifacts such as plans of record, statements of work, timelines, budgets, scope, KPIs, and quality metrics. You will manage risks, optimize resources, and communicate progress to executives. Preferred qualifications include a strong background in requirements, documentation, and defect management, experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Agile methodologies; a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering, and formal project management education with PMP certification. This role is Hybrid based in San Jose, CA, United States, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
