What You’ll Do: Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions—including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Sales, Operations, and other corporate requisitions across Legal, Customer Service, Construction, and Procurement—from intake, sourcing, interviewing through offer and onboarding handoff. Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, hiring strategy, market positioning, and interview planning. Manage 15-25 open requisitions at a time. Build proactive talent pipelines through strong sourcing and social recruiting. Conduct structured, behavioral assessments aligned to DRIVE values. Bring real-time market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor insights. Own the candidate experience end-to-end. Use data and tools such as Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn, and Indeed to track performance and improve outcomes. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and operate across a matrixed organization with multiple business units.
