Team and role: The GTM Product Team builds intelligent systems and platform capabilities that power The Trade Desk’s global operations at scale. You will own a GTM domain end to end, define strategy and a multi-quarter roadmap, and partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Client Services, Legal, and HR to resolve complex operational challenges with data-driven design and scalable architecture.

What you’ll do: You will own a GTM domain end to end, set a stable, year-long north-star metric and a 9–12 month roadmap, and frame and solve new GTM problems with minimal guidance. You will anticipate how changes to the platform, spend, pacing, and optimization ripple into GTM workflows and outcomes like forecasting and pacing-driven recommendations, and design for it. You will push for AI-enabled improvements where value is clear, and lift the team through evidence-based approaches that gain adoption. You will prototype instead of relying on long specifications, using working mockups (Figma, AI-built prototypes) to accelerate alignment.
