Inetum is a European leader in digital services helping organizations navigate digital transformation. The Senior Software Engineer will sit with front-office operators to understand their workflows and design and build applications and workflow automations that leverage modern LLM tools. This role may later expand to managing a small team. Responsibilities include engaging with front-office operators to identify automation opportunities and pain points, designing and building applications and workflow automations using LLM tools such as Claude, MCP servers, and agentic workflows, and contributing to the evolution of AI and automation within QDI's Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture. You will set technical direction and best practices for the future AI team and grow into a team lead role after approximately six months, including hiring for AI initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade applications; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences; hands-on experience with Large Language Models, AI tooling, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and automation frameworks; strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to architect solutions for long-term capability development; experience in data-driven applications and enterprise workflows; prior leadership or mentorship experience; and
