Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize highly concurrent backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Architect and implement core backend microservices to support real-time, large-scale applications.
Scale platform capabilities across deployments from small to large, high-traffic environments.
Collaborate with Product Managers and application developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Partner with deployment and infrastructure engineers to streamline releases and ensure efficient software delivery.
Contribute to system architecture, code quality, testing practices, and continuous improvement.
Build secure, maintainable, and well-tested services supporting evolving product capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience.
