The position blends software engineering, infrastructure automation, and cloud architecture to solve complex reliability challenges at scale. You will design and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and on-call tooling; define SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; lead incident response and root cause analyses; improve observability; mentor engineers; and support telephony platform reliability, including voice infrastructure improvements when applicable. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software/infrastructure operations, 4+ years SRE experience, strong AWS expertise (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, Route 53, IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), Terraform, IaC, CI/CD, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and experience with telephony/VoIP platforms is a plus.
