We are hiring a Senior SEO Specialist in Warsaw to localize and optimize content for the Polish market, monitor SEO metrics, and support client-focused activities across local teams. Responsibilities include localizing content for the regional market, monitoring and analyzing SEO performance to optimize campaigns, presenting monthly results to clients, supporting content creation/localization using internal AI tools, preparing monthly SEO reports and analyses, coordinating work with local teams and internal clients, participating in technical and content audits, and translating audit insights into actionable SEO recommendations. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of SEO experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks, analytical thinking with data-driven decision making, proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Senuto, Semstorm, Semrush, Contadu, Surfer SEO), experience applying AI tools for data analysis and insight generation, and English proficiency for fluent spoken and written communication.
