The role is hybrid with on-site requirements in California (Richmond and El Segundo) and involves leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, tracking critical milestones to avoid schedule delays, ensuring effective project governance and best practices, producing formal status reports, coordinating design and construction activities, managing interfaces with suppliers, and providing cost control and constructability guidance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline), with 7+ years of project management experience in industrial or refinery facilities, a strong understanding of health and safety practices, and excellent communication and leadership skills. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Salary range is $140,000–$160,000 depending on experience. On-site presence requirements may vary with client needs.
