Senior Property Accountant responsible for full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties based in Memphis, Tennessee (United States). Under the supervision of the Assistant Controller/Manager, duties include timely monthly financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, balance sheet analyses, and bank reconciliations. The role works closely with property managers and internal/external clients to provide accurate financial information. This position supports Newmark’s client accounting services across investor and corporate properties, including high-end retail, commercial, and industrial portfolios, and offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.
