The Senior Project Manager for Workforce Accommodation & Site Logistics will report to the Vice President of Operations and own the full lifecycle of workforce housing and site logistics across IREN's West Texas data center portfolio, including forecasting demand, sourcing real estate and modular housing solutions, standing up and operating lodges for thousands of construction and operations personnel, and managing all vendor relationships, budgets, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. Requirements include 8+ years in workforce housing, camp operations, or site logistics on large construction or infrastructure mega projects; direct experience sourcing accommodation solutions (leasing, camp construction/procurement, or third-party operator partnerships); strong commercial negotiation experience, including structuring lease and vendor deals with flexible terms; experience managing multi-hundred to multi-thousand person workforces across multiple sites; working knowledge of OSHA and local/state codes for temporary worker housing; familiarity with small-market real estate dynamics (rural Texas experience is a plus).
