This on-site role supports technical design, project delivery, business development, and client management for complex water infrastructure within the Texas region. Responsibilities include serving as Project Manager for medium to large water and wastewater treatment and pump station projects; providing technical leadership from planning through construction; applying knowledge of conventional and advanced treatment technologies and alternative delivery methods; managing scope, schedule, budgets, and quality; preparing technical memoranda, planning studies, and design calculations; coordinating with discipline leads, clients, consultants, and agencies; identifying opportunities, developing proposals and statements of qualifications; building and maintaining client relationships; participating in water industry conferences and professional organizations; providing technical direction and mentorship for junior staff.
